I don’t know about you, but last week has kicked my behinnnddd!!!! Between me and the little one being sick and life just lifing—every expectation has been taken down to the ground. How are you guys feeling? Did you have a rough week? Or were you in your flow state? *Here is a little reminder if you had a rough week—not just for myself but for you too… It’s ok to let life flow the way it needs to flow. You don’t need to push to perform. You need to listen to what you need first.* That’s the whole point of this community. Learning to trust your needs and your inner guidance system.
