Hi There!
Hey everyone, I'm Shane just wanted to say hello to everyone out there. I'm 41 live in the beautiful shuswap. I found Robyn on a whim looking for answers to try and help with many different issues... How has hypnosis helped you do you have any tips that you use well doing your own hypothesis?

@Robyn Holm Yes I would agree with using headphones, I just tried to use the speak on my phone for an hypnotic recording and I find it didnt have the same effect as when I use headphones.

@Glen Hutsell Hi, Glenn. Nice to meet you too. When I came here, I wasn't sure what I needed I talked to Robyn and had a list of things I needed to work on, we found several hypnosis. Sessions that I listened to 5 days a week now. Are they all still tied to the original reasons? Maybe but they all tie in together now throughout the week.

I used this a few times, going into a very important job interview and it definitely helped... @Robyn Holm maybe in the future build off this for a bit of a longer one?

Fear of Being Seen
Hello, Friends! This week’s podcast episode is on the Fear of Being Seen…I don’t know if you can relate but I had a PARALYZING fear of making videos for my Instagram and TikTok, and realized through working w my own Hypnotherapist that I had a fear of being seen. I didnt think I had a fear of being seen at all until I listened to this. Witch is weird since ive been in the public eye for as long as I cam remember. I can definitely relate to your story.
