I used to have the WORST driver’s anxiety
Sweating, heart pounding, jumping at every movement, needing to meticulously plan out my routes in advance. Hypnotherapy helped me feel SAFE behind the wheel again. Hello, Friends! This week’s podcast episode is on the Fear of Being Seen…I don’t know if you can relate but I had a PARALYZING fear of making videos for my Instagram and TikTok, and realized through working w my own Hypnotherapist that I had a fear of being seen. Hey everyone, I'm Shane just wanted to say hello to everyone out there. I'm 41 live in the beautiful shuswap. I found Robyn on a whim looking for answers to try and help with many different issues... How has hypnosis helped you do you have any tips that you use well doing your own hypothesis?

Ahhh I love this! Hypnosis has helped me with anxiety, sleep issues, hormone imbalances, fertility, PTSD, move through business plateaus, and soooo many other things. My biggest tip is, I use headphones. I find it really helps block out the other noises and put the hypnosis right in my ears. Looking forward to hearing other’s responses too!
