@Joe Carabase The hardest part is to figure out what to eat, am I making good choices, like I had mentioned to you I cut my rice intake by 90% I guess I’m trying to figure out what substitutes to replace rice and roti with.

I struggle with getting a good night sleep, especially with your little ones. My biggest challenge is my thoughts keep going on stuff I need to get done. This video was very helpful for me because once I listen to it, I wrote down everything I got accomplished today and made a listed of things I need to get done tomorrow once I did that I felt a sense of relief. I slept way better last night. Thank you Joe.
