This week I try to stay motivated, I stick to my regular routine, I was expecting to see more results at this point in my treatment. But like Joe said it’s self sabotage. I’m very hopeful

My biggest win for this week was intermittent fasting twice, carb rotation and staying hydrated. I had family members visiting for a week which interrupted my regular routine. I give it my all and try to stay positive…

My wins was trying to stay on track and trust the process. One of my biggest challenge is not seeing the result that I wanted, and it makes me question whether this is working or not.

Biggest accomplishment is exercising, staying hydrated. Dieting is something I still struggle with.

My biggest win was seeing my progress report, knowing where I start from and where I’m at now. I am fully aware that it will take time but I know I will eventually get there, one step at a time. The food noise is something I still struggle with however I try my best to stay on track with staying hydrated, exercise and making healthy food choices.
