We’ve talked a little about the “2-week drop off”… but I want to retouch on it because this part matters. This is usually where people start to fall off. Not because you can’t do it but because it’s not new anymore. The motivation isn’t as high, the excitement wears off, and it starts to require intention. YOU are still here. You’ve been consistent. You’ve kept showing up. I’m genuinely so proud of you for that!!!!! This is the shift from doing something when you feel like it… to doing it because you said you would. Before we move into week 3, I want you to take a second and reflect: What has the last 2 weeks taught you? Where have you surprised yourself? What’s one habit you’re starting to build?
