Day 18 - Comparison
Comparison really will steal the joy right out of your life if you let it. I know how easy it is to look around and feel like you’re behind or not doing enough… but the truth is, God didn’t create you to live anyone else’s life. He gave you your own purpose.Your own path.Your own timing. No one else is supposed to be doing what you’re doing in the way you’re doing it. So stay in your lane. Keep showing up. Keep trusting that what you’re building matters even if it doesn’t look like someone else’s right now. There is so much to be proud of in your journey already. What are YOU proud of today? 🤍

10k and getting outside!
DAY 15 — Halfway Point!!!
Halfway & we’re just getting warmed up 🔥 Okay for real… look at you go girl!!! 15 days in and you’re still showing up. Not perfectly, not every day feeling motivated… but you’re HERE. There’s no letting off the gas now! If anything… this is where we lean in a little more. You’ve built momentum. Your body’s starting to catch on. Your habits are clicking. Let’s turn it up together. Just a little more intention. A little more effort. A little more “I said I would, so I am.”. So are you rising the next 15 with me or what?!?

i did get to do a little walking earlier in the day and run some errands with having the day off. but i ended up getting incredibly sick this afternoon and just couldn’t hit 10k. 😔 still worked to get the recommended 7k set for me at least before settling down for the day though. enjoy the cutie picture of my dogs who ran around with me all morning before getting slammed with sickness!
Day 14 - 2 Week Mark!!!!
We’ve talked a little about the “2-week drop off”… but I want to retouch on it because this part matters. This is usually where people start to fall off. Not because you can’t do it but because it’s not new anymore. The motivation isn’t as high, the excitement wears off, and it starts to require intention. YOU are still here. You’ve been consistent. You’ve kept showing up. I’m genuinely so proud of you for that!!!!! This is the shift from doing something when you feel like it… to doing it because you said you would. Before we move into week 3, I want you to take a second and reflect: What has the last 2 weeks taught you? Where have you surprised yourself? What’s one habit you’re starting to build? Don’t skip over this part. Reflection is where growth happens. I’m really glad we are still in this together!!! Let’s keep going :) Bonus: Drop one takeaway from the last 2 weeks below!!! I want to hear it!!!

10k for tuesday! (life got crazy and i forgot to post) i have stayed consistent with tracking my steps everyday, and now it’s literally a habit where i check my steps at lunch and walk a little if i’m behind. and i check after work instantly to plan the rest of my day out around my step needs.
Day 13 : Self Trust ✨
I’m gonna be honest with you self-trust isn’t something you just have… it’s something you build. You are building it by doing the small things you either follow through on… or don’t. Every time you say you’re gonna do something and you actually do it you’re proving to yourself you’re someone you can rely on and that builds trust and confidence! Every time you don’t… you are chipping away at the confidence and trust you have with yourself! I’m not saying this to call you out but if you resonate with it… then maybe hehe! All love though! I care about you and I know what you’re capable of!!! You don’t need to do everything perfectly. You just need to start showing up for yourself more than you make excuses.

10k ✅✅
Day 12 : It’s getting real!
This is about the time where it stops feeling “new” and starts feeling a bit hard! I want you to hear me when I say this…that’s not a bad thing. It’s actually a really good sign. The moment it gets uncomfortable is usually the exact moment you’re growing. It means you’re breaking patterns, building discipline, and doing things the old version of you would’ve avoided and you need to lean into it! Not every day is going to feel easy. Not every choice is going to feel exciting. But you’re still showing up… and that matters more than anything. So if today feels heavy, frustrating, or like a lazy Sunday… don’t take that as a reason to quit. Take it as proof that this is working. Bonus: what’s been your biggest struggle so far?
