πŸ† Pre-Challenge Giveaway
Your engagement literally helps people find us. Our activity in this community directly impacts how ADHD Harmony shows up in Skool's Discovery. That's the search engine people use to find communities like ours. The way it works is simple, the more we engage (likes, comments, posts), the higher we rank. The higher we rank, the more people searching for ADHD support actually find us. So when you drop a like on someone's post or leave a comment, you're not just supporting that person. You're helping someone out there who's still looking for their people actually find this place. Now, many of you already know I'm doing giveaways during the challenge. But I decided to add a little something before we kick off: the 10 people with the highest 7-day activity and the top 10 on the 7-day leaderboard before the challenge starts on April 27 will win community credits to use as discounts on our offerings: πŸ₯‡ Place 1-3: $150 community credit πŸ₯ˆ Place 4-6: $100 community credit πŸ₯‰ Place 7-10: $50 community credit One important thing: I've seen other communities try to game this by spamming random posts and comments just to farm points. That's not what we're about. The goal is always value and connection. Share something real, ask a genuine question, support someone's post because it resonated with you. Spam will be removed. View leaderboards: https://www.skool.com/adhd/-/leaderboards Here's how the leaderboard works: https://help.skool.com/article/31-how-do-points-and-levels-work Besides your leaderboard score, I'll also be looking at whether you're actively supporting others. So liking and commenting on other people's posts matters just as much. So go like stuff, comment on things, share your wins, and ask questions. It all counts, and it all helps. Let's make some noise before we even get started πŸ”₯

@Leonie Osborne I hear you loud and clear, I'm ALWAYS quieting down... decluttering, simplifying, unsubscribing, deleting, stopping projects left and right, taking care of my time, my energy and who I speak to, both online and offline... so yeah, things like this are always interesting to me, but you've got this! πŸ”₯ PS. didn't read the whole thing but now that I did, all the best with that jury duty and wow, that does sound energy draining for sure, my best wishes so you can find ways to rest and recover as much as possible! πŸ™
Just finished my ADHD Snapshot
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and one thing hit hard: I've been saying "I know I'm not lazy" for years while simultaneously hearing the opposite in my own head. Turns out that gap between what I know and what I feel might be running more of my life than I realized. Can't wait for the full report.

Congratulations @Lahra Latham I just finished mine yesterday and got a lot in return as well. Some stuff I already knew but there were a few things here and there I was not expecting so it was really useful tbh.
Introduction: Sergio Felix
Hi, my name is Sergio, I’m from Mexico and I work full time as an SEO Manager in a LATAM retail store. You can ask me questions about: - my self-diagnosis and insane run w/ADHD - plant medicine experiments - corporate burnout and stress management - running your first half marathon - life coaching - time management - playing guitar I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: - network with people with the same traits - learn from others who have already done the things I want to do myself - lay a helping hand whenever is possible and I'm asked for it (give back!) - become more comfortable with learning/failure in public and getting out of my comfort zone For fun, I like to: - read about personal development - easy runs in nature preferably (about 10km when I can actually endure the distance) - create a lot of plans where I eventually quit my full time job (I swear this is fun) - watch documentaries (I'm REALLY into UAPs) - learn about new things - walking our shih tzu dog Maya - playing with our 9 year old daughter - play my acoustic guitar

@Vibi Palaguru Hola Vibi, well it's a very long journey but if you can be more specific, I can definitely provide some insights, I've done only one Ayahuasca ceremony (I have to say be very careful when dealing with stuff like this), several mushroom assisted ceremonies and psilocybin microdosing. Out of all of this, microdosing in combination with a very good therapist, proved the best results. I have also found that there are a lot of doctors out there (psychologists, neurologists, psychiatrists, etc) that some will even work with microdoses and a lot more of them will actually oppose to not even get near any of that so please don't take any of this -or my own comments- as advice, always use common sense and your own research when possible. I'm only sharing my personal experience here. πŸ™‚ PS. I've been using anxiety and ADHD treatment for a few months now (incremental dosages) but I haven't really felt any functional differences yet but that's where I currently am at the moment. I'm NOT microdosing or using anything else other than my current doctor's treatment, I don't mix stuff and never self medicate either.

@Tracy Weiss some stuff happening with some really bad people but we're doing better now though, thanks for asking! πŸ˜‰
Where to post our snapshots and how, exactly?
Hi @Jim Ebbelaar and everyone else, I'm trying to find out where exactly should we post our snapshot results and are we supposed to post the three summaries in one single post or are these supposed to be separate? Wondering as I know many won't share theirs because of avoiding public embarrassment or whatever, I'm perfectly OK sharing mine in case these help others share theirs and so you start feeling like you're in a safe place here (don't worry, I'm not an oversharer or one of those "hey look at me!" kind of guys either haha) If anyone knows, please let me know and thanks in advance! πŸ™

Looking for 10 beta test users new AI
What's up, ADHD Harmony fam! I'm looking for 10 beta testers to try our brand new free AI-powered onboarding experience. We've built a powerful new assessments that will become the starting point for everyone doing the 5-Day Challenge going forward. What you'll be testing: 1. Your ADHD Snapshot (~25 min) 9 deep questions across three dimensions: Your ADHD Story, The Hidden Cost, and Why You're Here Now. At the end, our AI generates a personalized portrait of your ADHD experience. 2. The ADHD Awakening Assessment (~45 min) 15 questions that go even deeper across five dimensions: The Truth About Your Brain, Your Invisible Identity Cage, Rewriting Your Internal Code, The Harmony Reset, and Your Path Forward. This one maps out where you actually are right now: your patterns, your strengths, your limiting beliefs, and what your ideal life actually looks like. You'll get a full AI-generated psychological portrait that connects all the dots. This is the same assessment as the previous 5-Day Challenge, but potentially even richer since it uses the new ADHD snapshot assessment as extra context. You'll be doing this on the new Harmony AI platform, the same environment our paid program members use. You'll have access to the two worksheets only, not the other features. Who I'm looking for: - 5 people who have already done the 5-Day Challenge but want to experience the new assessment flow on the new platform - 5 people who are already in this community but haven't done the challenge yet (or missed it and have been wanting to jump in) How to apply: Drop "REDO" (if you already did the challenge) or "NEW "(if you are new and want to give this a try) in the comments below and I'll pick 10 people at random from the list. πŸ’› Jim

Hi again @Jim Ebbelaar well I'm still kind of new here, but if you're still taking new testers, I'll be more than glad to go through the more advanced features. I did the entire 3-step snapshot yesterday by narrating my current state with ADHD and used my voice to give feedback and went deep as well. I haven't done the 5-day thing yet as well, I'm still new and the new challenge hasn't started yet but I believe I can provide great info, your call brother!
