Day 6 Replay is LIVE + 29 Spots Left for Cohort 3🚨
WOW, Day 6 was a big one. The energy was unreal! If you've been resonating with this challenge but still sitting on the fence, watch the replay today. It's the clearest picture I've painted yet of what life looks like once you stop letting ADHD run the show. ā° Skool gets first dibs I’m giving the Skool community first access to Cohort 3 today before I share this with my email list, socials, or text list. There are 75 spots for this cohort. 46 are claimed during the live. After today, I’ll open it up to everyone else. If you know you want in, this is your chance to grab a spot before it goes wider. Here’s what to do: 1. Optionally watch the replay 2. Decide if you’re in for Cohort 3 If this challenge already shifted something in you, Cohort 3 is where we lock that shift in and build on it for 6 weeks straight. No more starting over every Monday. No more "this time will be different" promises that fade by Wednesday. Watch & grab your spot here: šŸ‘‰ https://go.adhdharmony.com/

Thanks, Jim. Any idea as to when we can expect the Blueprint to be unlocked? Or is it staying locked until Cohort 3 is filled?
Can’t just let things go
I get really aggrieved about things which seem like cheating and get told off by my wife for going on and on and on etc about it. A while ago I saw some furniture advertised for sale locally, and a few days later available for free collection. The following day, it turned up dumped on some waste land under a railway bridge near us. I called the local council, the police, everyone with any form of responsibility in our village, hassled the guy in charge of fly-tipping and tried to find out who owned the land. Nobody would do anything about it - it fell between responsibilities, but eventually some enterprising teenagers crawled in and collected it all for their den. Similarly, in my running club the guy who was organising the points league, with a big trophy available for the winner seemed to be cheating. I was really upset, told everyone I knew, fell out with the club and left in a huff. Now, someone is going too fast on his bicycle and stealing all my records for eg the route from my village to the next one. I know for a fact that it really isn’t important - in the proper competitions I’m fairly quick for a 60 something, but not like a proper athlete. Nevertheless, I think he’s cheating at least some of the time (there is some evidence), and I won’t let it go. When I was on holiday years ago, I set a record on the bicycle for the climb up the mountain, before the island had been discovered by anyone with a proper bicycle. Later that day, I got a notification that someone had stolen my virtual trophy and despite the fact that the guys ride was literally titled ā€œriding around on a quad bikeā€, I had to get changed and try to steal the crown back. I don’t know if I can blame this on ADHD, or just being too fragile and too competitive?

I can relate to what you shared, except that I ruminate quietly - I mostly annoy myself. ;-) I don't have much by way of feedback related to your question, but as a fellow cyclist and former triathlete, I wanted to compliment you on your setup and your form. You look speedy!! 🤩
Day 3 Insight
Day 3 Done! The belief that's been holding me back most: That I can only start something once I a) have a plan that accounts for every caveat (even those I can't possibly anticipate), and b) that I need to execute the plan perfectly and have perfect results for it to be worthwhile. Where it came from: I'm still working on figuring this out. My new code: Friction doesn't mean failure; it means I get to figure out another challenge. (Often makes for great stories!)

@Melody Vi Thank you for your kindness! šŸ™
Day 4 Insight
My lowest Harmony dimension:Career/Work Fulfillment Wind-down pattern I noticed: I don't have one? :) Morning pattern I noticed:That despite having a pretty solid, healthy, and intentional morning routine (stretch/exercise/meditation/reflection/dog walk), I get derailed afterwards because I don't currently have a "professional north star" to guide me. I decided to close my open loop because I value the friendship I have with this person, and it made me feel really grateful for our connection. What surprised me was how energized I felt after we finalized our plans.

@Melody Vi THank you, Melody.šŸ™
Precision-paralysis
I'm reviewing my ADHD Awakening Assessment and noted that my "executive function problem" might actually be a precision-paralysis pattern... I don't start because I'm not confident that I've figured out the perfect plan yet. I've often deemed this as "paralyzed by perfectionism." The systems I keep abandoning aren't failing because I lack discipline. They're failing because they're solving the wrong problem entirely. That's annoying. ;-)

@Deb Brouwer I meant to respond to your comment but didn't put it in my planner. šŸ˜… I love (but not really) that so many people thought they could "help" you. :) I suspect if my secret santa's were familiar with me, I'd receive a variety of watches. (Never mind that I have a collection of them and always wear one. 😁) Next year, maybe we can suggest that what would be really helpful is either a personal assistant and/or personal executor. :)
