Need help with offer and service delivery.
Context: My niche is Industrial Manufacturing companies ( contract manufacturers, OEMs, etc) So right now I am not confident enough in my solutions, so I am planning to charge a setup fee + pay per performance, but I'm not sure if I should be giving leads as a performance or appts, and for the first few clients I am gonna learn about the service delivery and not focus on making the money, in the setup fees I am planning to get them a website and do branding across all their social media platforms (because almost all of either have an old website which is not updated and almost no branding at all) and my rationale behind this is that this is not an instant purchase thing that people will see the ad and directly show interest, it involves a huge amount of money, so people will do research, so it is important that your website and socials are up to date and reflects the services that the company offers. So my questions are 1. How do I position this as an offer, with a tangible guarantee? also is the guarantee even relevant, idk if I can even deliver on the offer 2. What are your thoughts on taking a setup fee? I've done some thinking and concluded that a decent website is needed as a minimum to showcase their services. 3. Should I offer leads or appts? Idk if they even take any sort of appts, they usually get quotation requests so this might replace appts. @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell

Looking for Advice, High-Ticket Niches in a Cheaper Country
Hey everyone, I'm running an SMMA in Spain and facing a challenge. Prices here are much lower compared to the US, so I can't charge as much. Although on the positive side, the market isn't saturated because few are doing this here. Any suggestions for higher-ticket niches I could target to charge higher prices, so I don't end up doing the same work for 3x less money? Thanks!

Hello @Mihael Shneyderis, what do you mean by “price” ? Is it the amount you think you can charge your clients or what your clients will charge to the final customer ? If it is the second option, I do marketing in France and I do charge clients 1k-2k pm. Although cost of living is a bit cheaper in Spain, I don’t think there is a huge difference between the two. Aim for high ticket clients like construction, roofing, HVAC, Solar, where each customer you bring adds about 10k in revenue. According to @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell you should price your service in a way you bring a 7-10 ROAS.

@Mihael Shneyderis Maybe try to choose a niche with higher average order value ? Unless you have personal affinities with martial arts.

Third has a more « professional » feel, I couldn’t say why.
How do we start learning video ads?
I've been looking into creating video ads for my industry and I've heard that they work pretty well and my client is looking to create one with me but I don't really know where to start.
