Is the ASDRP really worth it? I applied rather impulsively and was accepted, but now I'm unsure whether I want to go ahead with it. From what I've heard, it seems a bit disorganised and may not be as useful as it first appears. Additionally, as I'd be doing remote research, I'm questioning whether it truly aligns with my goals. I'm leaning towards not participating unless it turns out to be a valuable learning opportunity or offers clear benefits for university applications. Does anyone have any experience with it?

Just gave an entrance aptitude test for a summer program. Realized there were 60 questions to be attempted in the first half not 30 (my head mixed up the duration with the questions). The second half went really great. Unfortunately I couldn't reach out to the head of the school as a recommender for the application process and had to give my class teacher as SPOC. I don't know what to expect BUT this isn't the end of my life or my curiosity. Recently I have been interested in AI and related projects. I want to try out resources and courses that will help me out as a beginner in AI. Feel free to comment your suggestions for it

Hiiiiii 🥰, So I’m doing transition year (TY - 10th grade I think?) in Ireland next year (basically a year where you get work experience and do extracurricular stuff, most students do it). One thing I really want to do is shadow a neurosurgeon 🧠 (or any surgeon really). Any tips on how to go about that? I’ve heard it can be tough to get these opportunities 🤔, so if anyone has advice on how to ask hospitals or doctors, I’d love to hear it. Also, I’m looking for other extracurricular activities 📝 that could strengthen my application 📚. I’ve already done a research project , worked at a local pharmacy , participated in summer programs , and taught coding online. Thankss 🙏!

Hello Everyone, soon I will launch my Tutoring Academy which will be called " Tutorex ", it will be a special modern one where we are not only going to Tutor Simple subjects like ( English, SAT, ACT, History/Geography, Science, Biology, Math, Physics, languages... ), but we will make a difference by being modern and tutoring even things like ( Sales, Digital Marketing, Coding, AI, Graphic design, video editing, copywriting, SEO, Business, Social Media Success... more!! ) We will even host meetings/interviews/webinars with experts and give awards and levels for tutors and students! We will even create courses and publish them. The most important thing to know is that the academy will be bigger than usual. It will be a non-profit offering volunteer hours, experience, certificates for Tutors, and free sessions for Students. In the future if the organization succeeds, we would like to add a paid section for hard very high-quality tutoring and courses, but not at the beginning of the course. We need all Tutors ( even thousands ) ( any one who can tutor well a subject or a skill from the ones I gave before as an example or even a new one ), but remember (the quality of tutoring is important of course!
