I’m not in a course or anything at the moment and I know fuck all about hiring lol. I know the first hire is basically a test run but I want someone good and am not afraid to spend well to get that. What is the best platform to hire from and what is the process like? Also how do things go once they are hired? (Haven’t thought about that yet tbh)
