About the Role We’re hiring a proactive and accountable Appointment Setter who will be the first point of contact for new inbound leads. You’ll be responsible for qualifying leads for our renovation clients and booking appointments with qualified prospects. Key Responsibilities - Call and qualify 100% of leads not yet contacted or qualified each day - Achieve a qualified lead rate of 30-40% - Book appointments in GoHighLevel CRM for client team - Develop foundational knowledge about each renovation client’s services to communicate clearly and accurately - Provide an exceptional, respectful customer experience on every call Requirements - 1+ year experience in phone-based B2C sales or appointment setting - Strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and trust - Proficient with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM (training provided) - Highly organized, resourceful, and consistent - Sales-driven, positive attitude, and reliable attendance—8–9am and 5–6pm are mandatory Bonus - Prior experience working with renovators or home services COMPENSATION - Bonuses paid for business growth and surpassing lead qualification KPI's To apply, fill this form: https://form.jotform.com/252120621368853 You'll have to send a 60-second loom introducing yourself and sharing why you’d crush this role.
