Live in Philly, Manage a couple in south jersey, trying to build a business in SWFL. Until recently I was cool with everyone I have co-hosted for so I did everything on a shake. Since then I have had a few problems costing me some money but more importantly a ton of time. I need help creating an actual business that is more professional than what I do now. -Official agreement or contract -Advice on clauses or stipulations I should have in there - Improve onboarding so me and the owner know exactly what is still needed to move forward to hold us both accountable. -Owner statements best practices Down the line I will definitely need to learn how to market.
