I'm considering the VIP Upgrade, and I have a few questions. 1) Am I correct in understanding that the commission is double that of the free program? 2) For funding/credit repair, are there other costs to getting funded? My credit is in rough shape. I'd like to know if I'd need to buy tradelines to build it or have other expenses. 3) What are the terms of the two guaranteed deals?

I realize that this isn't the focus of the group, but I figured I'd ask anyway since someone here might know. I had a lead come in today looking for $640k for two weeks, to be put in escrow, to facilitate a legal settlement. One of the terms is that they need to have that capital, and the settlement involves the release of over $20M in assets. Do any of you know of someone who may be able to fund this?

For those of you who haven't upgraded, how do you follow up with clients without knowing whether they made or showed up for their appointments, or how those appointments went? Do you just wait two weeks for an update, or do you follow up with them a few days after you refer them? Something else?

What's the average close rate for referrals? I get that it depends on the quality of the leads. I'm just trying to get a ballpark.
