Personal website & Lofty ???
So let’s say you have your personal website and lofty. What’s the best strategy to use them in conjunction with one another? Thoughts?

Are you referring to an external site outside of lofty? And you also have a lofty site? If that's the case, I would use the lofty widgets and embed searches on your other site if your not looking to consolidate. That will at least keep everybody landing on the lofty site for searches.

Homeowner Agent
I am able to get 1,000 homeowner agent reports for $50/month. Not bad. I love the data, report layout, and info it provides to my clients. HOWEVER, the estimated values seem extremely low for my market. Is anyone else running into this issue?

Those are great. Just not always 100% accurate. It's the data you get and the likely to move signals are fantastic.
