what do you mean day to day operating capital?

@Robert Mann oh I see, you’re building the business before it’s off the ground. I didn’t do it that way so I couldn’t help you there. I would assume the capital would come from personal savings etc. possibly home equity. I highly doubt you’d get a loan for a business that doesn’t exist yet but if you’ve got spectacular credit it might be worth a shot
What does your Facebook or Google Ads setup actually look like?
I’m looking for real-world input from owner-operators who are consistently generating qualified land-clearing, forestry-mulching, vegetation-management, or excavation leads. I own Archon Land Management in central Alabama. Our website-form campaigns worked consistently for several weeks, but then the leads stopped. I left the campaigns untouched for another three weeks, so this wasn’t caused by constant editing or repeatedly resetting the learning phase. I’ve now spent approximately $3,400 on Facebook ads. We’re getting both low lead volume and poor lead quality. The answer may be our offer, creative, targeting, landing page, campaign structure, or something else—but I want to compare our setup against accounts producing real jobs. If Facebook or Google Ads are currently working for you, would you share any of the following? Facebook Ads 1. Are you using Facebook instant forms, Messenger, calls, or a website form? 2. Which campaign objective and optimization event are you using? 3. Are your audiences broad, Advantage+, interest-based, or retargeting? 4. What types of ads are working—before-and-after photos, job videos, owner-on-camera videos, equipment footage, testimonials, or offers? 5. What is your daily budget and approximate cost per qualified lead? 6. How many of those leads become estimates and paying jobs? Google Ads 1. Are you using Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max, or something else? 2. Do you send traffic to your homepage, service pages, or a dedicated landing page? 3. Are you using exact, phrase, or broad-match keywords? 4. What bidding strategy and primary conversion action are you using? 5. What is your approximate cost per qualified lead and booked job? 6. Which services and search terms produce your best customers? I’m especially interested in what separates a qualified opportunity from an inexpensive form submission. I don’t want to increase the lead count by making the form easier if that only creates more price shoppers, tiny projects, spam, and unreachable contacts.
