I am so happy today and want to share with you a story. Recently, I have been thinking about how to help e-commerce businesses increase their revenues. I found that there are tools for everything available and did not want to be like most people who just put AI in their projects and hope their business will perform better. I analyzed many customer journeys and business operations. I realized that most e-commerce businesses miss out many customers as they do not know what stage of the funnel their visitors are. moreover, they just send all their visitors the same emails to follow-up after the visitor left the store and did not make the purchase. But, you need to know whether that visitor was satisfied by the product but did not plan to purchase now , or was disappointed by the products so you need to send him different product lists or ask him what he really wanted , or he did not make the purchase now because he is still thinking through, taking some time to make decision. In every case of them , you need to follow -up with different emails and ideas to walk the visitor to the purchase decision. Moreover, if you did not send an appropriate email , you will lose that visitor for ever. Then why is it hard? Because you need to know in what stage each visitor in from just visiting your website. so you need a system that tells you each visitor in what stage after just the visitor leaves the website without knowing any previous information about the visitor before. That is difficult but I BUILT IT. Finally , I have a system which can tell you each visitor in what stage and craft a follow-up email specifically for him. Imagine how beautiful this is. This is how I got 10 clients from my first day of publishing this project.
