Quick question about title, I’m in an attorney state that takes forever. We don’t start title search until we find a buyer. Do you start title as soon as you have it under contract or do you wait until you have a buyer? Only reason I ask is because I wonder if it would decrease our closing times. The risk with opening up title is if you have to cancel that contract you’re on the hook for opening title correct?

Syracuse NY, just closed my 30th deal, all local to me. Main goal is to continue to grow my business and close a PPL deal. Hoping the group can continue to help me learn PPL.
