Last Year’s Wins 🎉 This Year’s Focus 🎯
Gents, before we move too far into 2026, I want you to pause and look back intentionally. 1️⃣ Last Year Wins What’s 1–3 wins from last year you’re proud of? Doesn’t have to be massive. Progress counts — consistency, discipline, better decisions. Style upgrade you stuck with? A fragrance you finally made your signature? A watch milestone, collection refinement, or learning moment? A habit you strengthened, a distraction you cut, or a standard you raised 2️⃣ This Year’s Focus What’s 1–2 goals you’re deliberately committing to this year - not wishing for, but committing to? Could be... Sharpening your personal style as a form of self-respect Building a tighter, more intentional fragrance rotation Becoming more educated, patient, and disciplined with watches Showing up with more consistency - physically, mentally, and professionally Raising your standards in how you present yourself to the world Drop your wins and your focus below. Let’s build on what worked. And cut what didn’t!

Health: Hit the halfway mark in my 5-year cancer recovery. Job: Brought on a new team member (just happened to be my sister-in-law who had retired after 22 years as a school teacher). In her 1st year with me, she generated over 1,000 pages of online Succession Planning content for our advisors, got promoted to AVP, and has begun developing an Financial Assistant Succession Planning model based off the Financial Advisor model I had put in place. For me - I eclipsed the 1,500 mark of Financial Advisors I have helped retire and transition to their next career of Civilian. Watch: Through my wife's gift (TAG Heuer Carrera Montreal 160th Anniversary) and a gift from an advisor I helped retire (Omega SeaMaster), I checked two Grails off my list. Family: My youngest daughter got engaged. My oldest son celebrated is 1st wedding anniversary. My oldest daughter got her Masters in Social work. My youngest son began his senior year in Mechanical Engineering. 2026 goals: Health - Need to lose the weight I've gained from cancer medication side effects (got to get ready to be Dad of the Bride) Job - Finish building Financial Asst Succession Planning model - Exceed 70% Financial Advisor coverage for Business Continuity plans Home - Complete Pavilion project in backyard - Visit my kids more than just 2x/year Finances - Begin saving for next Grail to have by wedding in 2027 - Acquire Graduation piece for youngest son as gift on his graduation day
