I would give Olivia 10 stars if allowed! The ease in which she guides and explains from her decades of experience in buddhism, meditation, mindfulness, pain management, centered and grounded living is easy to be with, easy to follow, and is so very helpful in navigating every day life. Olivia has guided me through some very difficult times in 1:1 sessions, in life struggles (emotional pain) and physical pain, and has now created this wonderful group of humans in the live sessions which I love❣️
