I didn’t hear my alarms this morning for the gym, so one thing I’m shifting is getting to bed earlier tonight
Here’s a key 🔑
A lot of people think disciplined people are always motivated…but discipline is actually way simpler than that! Discipline is making the decision to choose what you want MOST over what you want right now. Discipline looks like: showing up to work out even when you don’t want to, preparing meals at the beginning of the week, making healthy choices consistently, and even staying committed when your progress looks or feels slow. Don’t forget that being disciplined doesn’t mean being perfect - it’s just repeated obedience to you goals! This week, our challenge is to focus on ONE area we want to grow in discipline. One habit I want to implement this week is changing my workouts to mornings

Not every workout is going to feel like a PR day, and that’s okay. Progress isn’t always linear. Some days your body is more tired, stressed, under-recovered, or simply off. One weaker workout doesn’t mean you’re losing progress. Just keep showing up! Consistency over time is what matters most🔥 💭 What’s one area you’ve seen yourself grow in recently — physically, mentally, or in your habits?
