I have joined this community almost 8 months ago and it was life changing for me. Not only did I learn so much about fascia, thumbpulling and other exercises for my face and posture, but I also learned much more about our soul-body-mind connecting, my diet, everyday habits and so much more. Oscar, Stella, Meghan and all the other beautiful people here who supports us every day and give so much effort and heart into this. Its such a lovely safe space for everyone who wants to get their best self.
