So I asked my body some questions about the pain in my body I have been having for years and these are the responses I got We don’t want to let go of the pain because we don’t know who we are without it (identity maybe?) and the pain is our security blanket (fear of being seen maybe?) I need some practical guidance on how to move through this so the pain stops running my life.
