If you know me, you know I do not trust modern medicine or doctors for 95% of anything health related. For acute things and surgery yes, it can be helpful... for everything else, there is NATURE. I've been going through an immensely challenging time personally, and my whole system feels it. @Samantha Lotus I absolutely love this. Thank you for sharing. I am right in the midst of my awakening (dare I say I might finally be peaking out from the other side?! ๐Ÿซฃ), and embracing my relationship with God and His pure love and divinity has been a catalyst for so many incredible breakthroughs in my life. One thing I still struggle with, however, is hormones. And while the work I have done on my nervous system has poured over into many other aspects of my health and vitality, my hormones were hit hard for so many years, and they still have a ticket on the struggle bus. I will implement as much of this protocol as I am able without overwhelm. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your care for your community is truly inspiring. ๐Ÿ’–

@Samantha Lotus I'd imagine it's the same for me, just based on my own research. I get nasty hormone headaches every month and from what I can find it's an issue with progesterone not able to do the job of regulating the shift in estrogen. Could be tied to the liver, could be tied to the thyroid, could be a combo. I will never trust western med to help me on this path, so, as you said, I am my own doctor!

I've led, mentored and coached leaders for over a decade now, and I know what sets the truly successful ones apart. It isn't the one that work hardest, that are the most beautiful, that have the most followers, that make the most money or any of that really. The ONE thing that sets the most successful people apart is this: They ask themselves "Who do I need to become"? Not what do I need to do... But WHO do I need to become... Because our thoughts, feelings, behaviours, personality and personal realities, are all MIRRORS of who we fundamentally are at our core (identity & energetically). You cannot change our life & sustain it out of willpower, force, hustle, manifestation etc. You need to... and even better said... you GET TO literally BECOME the person who naturally is the version of you that has the life and results you want. Identity, energetics and alignment is the undercurrent of EVERYTHING. Belief.
As I sit here and contemplate how to best empower my clients, students, team members and partners, my mind-heart has built out a multidimensional framework for how I can best do that, and I want to share the foundational piece with you. You see, I have always been a leader of leaders. That is what I do, that is why I am here. And I invest inordinate amounts of hours into refining my work to be of highest service and get the best results for the people I support. It's an obsession, yes I know. As so as I am about to embark on a big season ahead with many talented leaders that look to me as their mentor, I reflected on the most important thing I could instill in them. To believe. And not in the cheesy way.. But to FULLY & RADICALLY believe in themselves, their purpose, their path, their people, the power of all of it and a greater power outside of just themselves. Strategy, skills, tools, tips, frameworks, blueprints and all of that are awesome, and helpful, yet they MEAN NOTHING unless you ACTUALLY believe in the entire ecosystem of what I just wrote above. I teach about energetics, authority, identity - all core aspects of my signature framework, but I wanted the teaching to be so incredibly simple and land in the most basic & true way. If you don't believe in yourself, your purpose, your path, your people, the power of all of it and a power greater than yourself.. most of the time equates to a life greatly unlived. And that makes me really sad, to see people with so much potential waste away unfulfilled because they didn't quite grasp the fundamental secret code. This all to say (welcome to my brain), I want you to really thrive. I want you to have the life you are meant for. I want you to crack the code & come into the deepest alignment & success, income & impact. And yes, theres a lot of cool strategy that will help, and more importantly... It gets to start with you & your belief.
