Saturday Journal Prompt 5/23
What loss have you been minimizing or telling yourself you “should be over” by now? Maybe it wasn’t a person. Maybe it was a season, a relationship, a version of yourself, a dream, or the way life used to feel. What would change if you gave yourself permission to acknowledge that loss honestly instead of trying to rush past it? Reference blog:

Your grief prompt was powerful for me. I think many of us are grieving, not necessarily for the recent death of a person, but the loss of something important. And most don’t talk about the big losses that aren’t visible to the world. We just walk through life with a hole we’re constantly trying to fill.
