Hi everyone! I was guided to host a virtual Automatic Writing Workshop, and before setting a date I’d love to take a quick pulse from our community. The workshop would be live online (approximately 90 minutes / 1.5 hours) and includes a guided meditation followed by a progression into automatic writing, where we gently practice opening the channel and allowing messages to flow. Automatic writing is very similar to meditation and receiving intuitive information, but with a bit more structure. Instead of simply receiving insights internally, we move into a guided meditative state and then allow the messages to flow through the pen onto paper (or laptop). For many people, this becomes a beautiful way to connect with their Higher Self - the deeper, wiser part of you that already holds insight, clarity, and guidance. I’ll guide the meditation and help create the energetic space, while you’ll have your tools ready to communicate. Friday the 13th gets a bad reputation, but in many traditions the number 13 represents transformation, renewal, and powerful feminine energy. It’s actually a beautiful reminder that the energy of any day reflects what we bring to it. If you approach it with curiosity, gratitude, and intention, it can become a day of luck, insight, and opportunity. Like most things in life, you tend to receive the energy you invest - so why not make today a lucky one? How do you feel about Friday the 13th?

Did you know that everyone is a psychic? Did you know that not everyone “sees” but sometimes instead may “hear” or “feel” or “smell” or “know”? In my workshops I like to teach about the Clair’s - our extra sensory way of receiving information which si super helpful in day to day life, tarot, chakras, meditation, hypnosis and more. In the last workshop - we had a lot of “I just know” which then conflicts with ego and the mind talking you out of what it is. In other gatherings we have others that “feel”.
