I recently participated in the healing circle, and it was one of the most unexpectedly powerful experiences I’ve had. Going in, I’ll be honest—I was a little unsure. It ended up being a smaller group than usual, and I didn’t know what to expect. But that actually made it feel more intimate, focused, and deeply personal. The space that was created felt incredibly safe, intentional, and real. The breathwork, the energy, and the way Thomas held the container allowed me to drop in more deeply than I anticipated. I came in with an intention around stepping into the next stage of my life with clarity, self-trust, and alignment—and I genuinely felt connected to that version of myself during the experience. What stood out most was not just my own internal experience, but what was reflected back to me. The imagery and insights shared felt aligned in a way that was hard to dismiss—grounded, expansive, and affirming without feeling forced or performative. There was a strong sense of being supported, not just by the group, but by something deeper. One of the most meaningful parts was witnessing someone else in the circle shift so visibly—from a place of heaviness into genuine lightness and joy. That alone spoke volumes about the power of this work. I left feeling peaceful, connected, and more rooted in myself. Not in a fleeting “high,” but in a way that felt calm, clear, and real. If you’re open to this kind of experience, I would absolutely recommend it. It’s not about anything being done to you—it’s about what you’re able to access within yourself in the right environment.
