Looking for an n8n mentor to BUILD a social media automation WITH me (available now)
I'm on a tight timeframe, so I'm looking for someone available this week to pair up with me soon. I want to learn by building, not just watch - explaining the "why" at each step so I can build the next one myself. The workflow I want to build together: - Source/content plan: a spreadsheet, or Microsoft tools (SharePoint / Excel / Lists) - also where drafts come back for approval - - Copywriting: an LLM (Claude or ChatGPT) via API writes the post - - Image/tile: Placid or Bannerbear (or Canva on Enterprise, for API access) creates the graphic - - Approval step: draft returns to the spreadsheet, approver gets an email/Teams prompt - nothing publishes until a human approves - - Publishing: Buffer or the LinkedIn API posts it once approved - - Orchestration: n8n runs it on a schedule and connects the steps The deployment side matters most to me. I specifically want to learn how to self-host n8n inside a separate, secured environment (not just run it myself), because that's how it's likely to be set up. So I really need someone who knows: - How to install and run self-hosted n8n inside someone else's environment (e.g. their own cloud/servers) - - How to get scoped, professional access to that environment - without taking over anyone's passwords - - How to handle API keys and credentials securely, and hand everything over cleanly at the end I don't need your resume - but I do need to know that you: - Have built this kind of n8n workflow before - - Can explain it to me simply, as we go - - Can meet my timeframe (start this week) Australian time - - Are available for follow-up training if I need it - - Are familiar with the tools above - or have a better way to do it - - Know the self-hosting / setup / access side described above (this is essential) Format: A focused 1-day build-along session (roughly half to full day). Coach, mentor or tutor - whatever fits this best. Budget: $500 AUD (~$330 USD) for the session. Open to discussing if your structure differs.

@Faiyazuddin Mohammed how do you deliver that to a client though who has high security in place? I want to sell it as a done for you service.

@Faiyazuddin Mohammed thank you, that's really helpful. To give you the full picture: the client operates in a highly regulated, government-grade security environment - think strict data sovereignty (everything has to stay onshore in Australia), no unapproved third-party SaaS, tightly scoped/least-privilege access, and proper audit and compliance requirements. So whatever we build has to be deployable entirely inside their own controlled environment with secure credential handling and a clean, documented handover. That security/governance side is actually the part I most need to get right, so it's great that you're across self-hosting and secrets management. Would you be open to a quick 15-minute discovery call to talk through whether it's a good fit?
Looking for an n8n automation specialist – how do you handle client Google access?
I’m trying to engage an n8n automation specialist to help me build workflows that connect Google Sheets and a few other tools. So far, everyone I’ve spoken to (mostly via Upwork) has asked for my personal Google login details so they can connect my Google Sheet to n8n. Is this actually standard practice? I can’t imagine many clients being comfortable handing over their personal Google credentials – I’m definitely not. For those of you who build n8n workflows for clients: - How do you normally handle access to Google Sheets / Google Drive? - Do you get clients to: - What’s the safest, most scalable way to do this so I’m not sharing personal login details with freelancers? Ultimately, I want a repeatable process for working with automation specialists without giving away my primary Google login. Would love to hear how you’re doing this (or if you’re an n8n specialist who already has a secure process, feel free to reach out to me if you are looking for a new client).
Certified as a Chief AI Officer
I came across a comment on one of Liam’s recent YouTube videos where someone said: “This is why I became certified as a Chief AI Officer. Then I found a technical co-founder who loves teaching, and we recently launched a consulting and development company helping SMBs.” That caught my attention. I’m curious, where do you actually go to get certified as a Chief AI Officer? Are there reputable programs out there for this? And for those who’ve done it, is it actually worth it in terms of knowledge gained or career/business opportunities?

@Arkan Le I'm not sure how often it is updated. The course is a combination of online classes plus self-paced course work. The system doesn't allow you race through, so the content is already 8 weeks old even before you start.

NEW Video: AI is replacing AI Agencies… Now what?
If you’ve been feeling uncertain about where your AI agency fits in this fast-moving landscape, you’re not alone. With tools like Claude and Copilot becoming more accessible and capable, it’s easy to assume that clients will soon be able to do everything themselves. And for the more technical, implementation-only agencies, that’s a very real risk. But here’s the truth: AI tools don’t replace expertise, they highlight the need for it. In this video, I walk through: 🔍 The rise of no-code AI tools, and why they’re not enough for successful enterprise adoption 📉 The shocking failure rate of AI projects — and what that tells us about unmet needs 💡 How we evolved at Morningside from builders to trusted AI Transformation Partners 📈 How we’re now helping mid-sized companies implement strategic AI plans at $60k+ per engagement Liam 💪

In this latest video, I noted at the end, on the screen, it mentioned the pitch deck was available for download. I looked in the YouTube resouces. Anyone found it? Can you direct me to it please?
