Just when you think you've surpassed the hardest 'land shark' stage of puppy hood, and are finally starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel, BAM! Your puppy hits their TEENAGE PHASE! This usually startsat about 6 months old (depending on the individual dog), and due to BIG changes and rewiring of the brain, your dogs behaviour will suddenly change! Just like a human teenager, they start to push boundaries, don't want to know what you've got to say, and want to seek out fun elsewhere! Recall goes out of the window, anything you've taught them slides and goes backwards, walking on the lead becomes a huge backache and more of a drag than a walk, and things just become a million times more frustrating!
