Focus bracketing premature termination OM1, mark 2
Dear group, I wonder if anyone can help me please. I have an OM System OM-1 Mark II which has recently developed a fault when using Focus Bracketing. During a focus bracket sequence, the camera stops prematurely before I release the shutter button. The focus motor also stops, as though the camera has decided the sequence is complete. This results in incomplete focus stacks. I have confirmed that: the Focus Bracketing settings have not changed, the issue occurs with both my M.Zuiko 90mm Macro and my new 40-150mm f/2.8, the lens contacts have been cleaned, the problem is repeatable. Could you please advise whether this is a known issue or whether the camera requires inspection? The problem is fully reproducible on different subjects and with different lenses. The camera consistently terminates the Focus Bracketing sequence before I release the shutter button. Many thanks for your help.

Have you checked the number of images set in the focus bracketing settings, including in any custom modes you might be using? Does the camera stop focusing before it reaches the set number of images? If so, could it be that your camera thought there was nothing left to get in focus? This has happened to me when focus bracketing landscapes (or wide angle macro) when the focus point is at/near infinity.
Crushed Lightroom Library 🤯
Hello everyone 👋 Urgently need some help from anyone who knows Lightroom from technical perspective. Durning exporting pictures from DXO PhotoLab to Lightroom Classic it all the sudden crushed and both app got closed itself. Reopened DXO - working ok now. Lightroom now crushes each time just a second after opens. Tried to open it from backed up library but still same happens. Can not open Lightroom any ideas to resolve it ?

@Przemyslaw Kris Borsow Glad you've sorted it. A powerful reminder of the importance of doing regular backups!
Instagram AI label
I was just alerted by someone that Instagram is incorrectly labeling real photos as AI-generated including several of my own images. After checking other photographers’ posts, it looks like this is happening to them as well, it seems if you stack or do any kind of retouching you will get this label!!!

I have seen some discussion on this. It seems that using any of the generative features in Photoshop or Lightroom will trigger this label, so that includes relatively minor things like the AI assisted "remove" feature which I imagine a lot of us use. Mark's solution should work. If you use Lightroom, you could also try simply specifying one of the Metadata options, such as "Copyright only".

British by birth, Italian by adoption, not sure whether I'm more a naturalist or a photographer. Perhaps I should just get out and take some photos.
