We are choosing to accept help, make a concentrated investment in our future, and work together, passing that goodwill on. Thanks to @Leo Kanell & the FM Team for sharing their How and Whys. Esp at the holdiays, that helps me, too, to trust and hear, ask and respect the experiences, incredible work ethic, and wisdom of others as I find my own footing on the 🪜ladders they are building, up and out.

@Francois Hewing your energy and coaching is INVALUABLE to my (growing) confidence. I was very hesitant and you said, "I give you permission to make lots of mistakes." And that gave me confidence to try and speak up with clients and partners and mentors, now , too. I have it on post-it note here, and in my notes anytime I'm feeling thin on energy, I remember you encouraging me to be bold and do big things. I made mistakes, but I also am learning how to recover, rebound, pivot and WIN even bigger by just going a little deeper, asking hard questions that results in happier client then they even imagined. also trying to be humble in sales so that I can under promise and overdeliver. That one's not as hard as brevity in texting, @Francois Hewing . Brevity is hard to learn and apparently harder to teach us. 😂 But seriously, each week has been such an empowering journey, and when I work too late or odd hours for California timezones, I feel blessed to find something inspiring to work that had for - my clients and for my partners and finally something for myself. My plans are BIG, so I am working on the fundimentals first and learning from pros, fellow FM owners, to get there faster instead of reinventing the wheel. The rest can be a referral to the wisdom of others. So HAPPY New Year! We are changing lives, increasing their odds of success, and offering people opportunities to thrive!
