I'm Sarah, 29yo. I've been working out for the last few years, but recently took a break due to some health developments that prevented me from being active. I'm finally getting back to it and know Raphael from Ganbaru! (Currently on The Body: Novice). I have a decent amount of knowledge but my fitness base feels weak! My main goal is to build that back up, and learn some fun calisthenics stuff. I have an accountability partner who used to do high level gymnastics, who plans on teaching me hand stands too! Attaching pictures of the gym at home...we have some cardio equipment and other weight stuff not pictured.
