Hi everyone. I’m Sarah, 41, mum of 2 daughters. I’m pretty sure I’ve been in perimenopause for about 5 yrs but symptoms have been getting worse for the last 2. Thought I was going mad until seeing posts on Instagram and FB from Kaylyn! My Dr has mentioned HRT but I wasn’t sure it was for me. Thinking of giving it a go now as I’m just so miserable with everything that’s happening to my body!! So happy to be here amongst people who understand 🙂

@Tracy Johnston I think it was because I was going to see her every couple of weeks with something new it was all adding up.
