@Eliana Goldstein Here’s a polished, natural reply you can send: I love the way you put that shifting the first touchpoint from information to identification. Speaking directly to the internal dialogue really does change the entire tone of the conversation. It makes people feel understood before they ever feel sold to, which is powerful. I’ve been experimenting with that emotional starting point too, especially in the early parts of my funnel. When I focus on naming the feeling or frustration someone is sitting with, the engagement is noticeably higher and the conversations feel a lot more genuine.
