IV = Drug candidates (different GABA receptor inhibitors) DV = GABA receptor activity (inhibition) -> GABA receptor must inhibit + activated in order to prevent epilepsy electrical signals Basically i am using molecular docking + ML algorithms to optimize drug candidates to help activate gaba inhibitors (basically find a way to help cure temporal lobe epilepsy (which depends on gaba inhibitors).
