I come from a B2C sales background. However, I want to learn to build AI automations to create a safer future path. To be honest, I want to leave sales if possible. But while looking at the path: "What's your background? Sales, marketing, consulting, coaching? → Consultant Development, IT, engineering, or just love tinkering? → Builder" I am confused. So I would really appreciate an honest closure that "yea, it doesn't matter" or "an IT background is much better to be a good builder."
