Introduction
Hello everyone, nice to be here. Looking forward to learn more and implement in my life so I can get healthier. I 51 years old, follow a very healthy lifestyle, moderately active, don't eat packaged, processed or fried food. I believe in eat fresh homemade food only. I regularly follow 14/10 IF. For the last 6 months I started to watch more videos on functional medicine and nutrition and implementing everything iny life. I have seen a lot of positive changes. Still I face some small health issues on and off. So I am here to be in company with like minded people who are facing the same issues like me and find solutions.
