🌟 It's here — Menopause Symptom Checker: Find Your Root Cause
Grab that pen and paper (or open a note on your phone) and watch my video (link below) 👇 I'll walk you through a simple self-assessment based on my functional medicine training — tick off what's true for you as we go, and by the end you'll know whether it's your Gut, Blood Sugar, or Stress/Adrenals that needs your attention most right now. You're some of the very first to try this 💚 👇 Once you've watched it, comment below with your top area — I'll then personally send you the link to your starter guide, recipes and more for exactly that area. And because you're testing this with me first, I'd love your honest feedback — did it make sense? Did your result feel right? https://www.skool.com/thriveover50/classroom/d04b9e74?md=883e69cb39314321a99ed2dc6b34396d

Fascia Release for Weight Loss — Fad or Fact?
Hi ladies, hope you're ok 🥵 I'm putting Episode 3 live tonight on YouTube, and you're getting a sneak first view of my video before it goes live. CLICK ON VIDEO BELOW⬇️⬇️ In this penultimate episode I discuss: Maybe you've seen it on social media. Someone with a foam roller or a hard plastic tool, running it aggressively over their stomach or thighs, promising that "fascia release" or "fascia blasting" will melt fat, sculpt your waist, or fix the menopause belly specifically. It's a compelling idea. It sounds sciencey. It sounds like a shortcut nobody told you about. So is there anything to it? Let me know your thoughts in the comments 🙏🏼

I have no idea if it is fact or not. 🤷‍♀️

@Jackie Tarling it was ridiculously young. I follow a basic weight watchers diet which used to work for me but it is not doing much this time.

@Jackie Tarling yes, that's true
🎧 Today's little gift: press pause with Malte Marten
If you're anything like me, "relax" is easier said than done — especially when stress and cortisol are already messing with your sleep, your blood sugar, and yes... your middle. I stumbled upon the handpan music of Malte Marten and it stopped me in my tracks. It's the kind of sound that gives your nervous system permission to switch off, even just for ten minutes. Why it matters for us: when we're stuck in "go go go" mode, cortisol stays high — and that directly feeds blood sugar swings, bloating, and stubborn menopause middle fat. A few minutes of calm isn't indulgent, it's physiological. 🎵 Search "Malte Marten" on YouTube or Spotify — pop it on while you make dinner, do your evening stretch, or just sit with a cuppa. Try it today and tell me below: did it help you switch off, even a little? 💛

🎬 New video is LIVE early for you!
Just for my community — you get first access to this week's video before it goes public tonight! 20-Min Fascia Flow for Menopause Belly, Bloating & Stiffness This one's based on some deep-dive research I've been doing into fascia (the connective tissue web that holds your whole body together) and why it gets stiff and "sticky" after 50 — which is a big piece of that puffy, tight belly feeling so many of you mention. Standing + mat work, no equipment, 20 minutes. https://youtu.be/78Wejt2K0H0 Doesn't matter what level you're on — jump in and let me know how it feels! 💛

Sewing is in my blood. My Mum taught me when I was very young and I have been sewing ever since.
