Thank you for this reminder 💕 Mental health as a practice is something I always strive for, but I’m not always great at it. I tend to easily get distracted with so many interests and random events that pop up. In the past, Ive also done social media cleanses—one lasted about two years 😅 and it was much needed. Nowadays, It feels so easy to find yourself scrolling without even noticing, and you end up taking in so much good/bad and consciously and unconsciously. I still struggle going to bed early and not looking at my phone. I’m curious how have you all established that discipline for yourselves?
