Flexible Kiki 2026
I don’t know about you all, but I am not playing next year! There have been a few stretches and mobility goals I’ve been wanting to achieve for awhile. And not just to have it, but to be able to execute some moves only achievable after earning the flexibility. The middles splits is definitely one of them. These hips need it! What is your tightest body part and how are you improving it this year?!

I’m starting a regular stretching program in January!
“Definition of Love” Naomi Sharon
Her voice always puts me in a good mood, but today was extra special due to the morning rain!

@Kiari Kirk lol i don’t consider freestyle fun. It’s stressful for me. I think because I think it will always be watched and judged. Ironically tonight at chic ankle we were asked to close our eyes as we began our freestyle and that felt good. However that was not something I did for fun on my own.
🩰 The Secret to Real Strength
What if strength in dance isn’t about grinding harder, but about treating yourself like something precious? I’ll never forget Ms. Tee, my first dance coach. She was tough. She yelled from the sidelines. She pushed us to the edge. But here’s the thing… I always felt held. When someone’s in your corner like that, you dance freer. You perform harder. You rise higher. That’s the gift of being held. But here’s what I’ve learned: You don’t have to wait for someone else to give you that. You can build it inside. For me, it’s a sticky note on my mirror: 👉 “Treating myself like a precious object will make me strong.” When I say it before class or rehearsal, it changes how I move. It reminds me: strength isn’t just in muscles—it’s in mindset. And when external support meets internal preparation? That’s when you dance like you can’t be broken. Pick one of these and make it real before your next session: • Write a sticky note reminder and put it on your mirror • Take 3 deep breaths before you dance, focusing on receiving support with each inhale • Say one phrase out loud as if you’re your own biggest fan Which one will you make a reality? Share your experience in the comments section below ⬇️.

Hi Kiki! The biggest thing I’m working on is putting intention behind every movement while dancing. That’s hard for me because I still live in my head thinking about the choreography all the time so I forget to move with intention. But I know it looks so much better when I do remember
