Breath Challenge Day 6 I’m skipping day 5 since I’m traveling and will circle back to the ice experiment when I have access to the supplies. Day 6: no warmups Inhale Hold 1:30 Exhale Hold 1:15 I don’t really prefer one over the other. I’m just used to doing some breathing exercises before my holds and only have held on the inhales. But both feel equally as good. It’s comfortable and relaxing. Easy day!
