We all have two choices. We can simply live through our experiences... Or we can grow through them. Growing requires something many people avoid: Reflection. Reflection asks questions like... What did this season teach me? What could I have done differently? How has this challenge made me stronger? What lesson can I carry into my future? Those questions transform experience into wisdom. And wisdom is one of the few assets that keeps increasing in value the more we use it. As entrepreneurs, we're all going to make mistakes. We'll launch things that don't work. We'll have ideas that fail. We'll experience rejection. But none of those moments define us. They're only wasted if we refuse to learn from them. So today, don't just ask yourself, "What happened?" Ask yourself, "What is this experience trying to teach me?" That one question has the power to change not only your next decision—but the direction of your entire journey.
