In 'post-modern' society where everything and everyone is moving SO FAST. The real flex is in our ability to SLOW DOWN. In one of my first really intense Cannabi$ experiences, years ago, I was writing stream of consciousness and the term SLOW DOWN kept coming through repeatedly. Was it a message from my 'higher self', my 'guides', my ego, my inner child? Who knows? But that message has continued to percolate in my awareness and it is guiding me to design a life where I have the freedom and flexibility to slow down, appreciate the little things - like the warmth of the rising sun, the delectable taste of a wholesome meal, the quench of electrolytes after a sauna session, and the quiet hum of mother nature. How fast does life seem to be moving for you? Are you taking time to slow down? Have you noticed the increasing pace of society and it's impact on you and your relationships?
