1) Your ONE Goal focus for Feb Reach out to 120 referral partners 2) why that goal is important Because I don’t need more leads. I need qualified clients who already trust the source. 3) how will you know when you have achieved it When I close 4 qualified clients within the month directly from referrals. 4) 3 things you will have to BECOME to achieve it Audacious, Tenacious and Calm enough to stay detached from outcomes 5) 3 things you will have to DO consistently - Send 5 to 6 high quality referral messages daily - Follow up twice with every serious contact - Track conversations weekly and adjust the approach

@Stef Mandirola Thank you Stef. That detachment is necessary for me. When I hold on too tightly, everything feels heavier than it should but when I stay calm, I feel less anxious and emotional about every yes or no I get. I closed one qualified client last week and we are already working together.

@Jenny Jarvis Thanks, Jenny. Honestly, It has been mixed. I closed one qualified client and we are working together now, which feels good. But I also hit burnout and had two days where I just couldn't lock in. Missed my daily target a few times. Nothing really blocked me. Just energy.
