Friday night. Whatโs everybody up to?
Iโm writing this from Kansas. Out here for my son Ryanโs competition, so Iโm away from my own kitchen this weekend, which feels strange. But the dough doesnโt care where I am, and neither does this crew. Tomorrowโs the bake-along. English muffins. If youโre prepping tonight, mixing a dough, feeding a starter, getting your griddle ready, drop it below. And if youโre baking something else entirely this weekend, I want to see that too.
