I have sort of known for a while but today I officially got told by an expert that I have ADHD. It is a bit weird to actually be confronted by the diagnosis and I am sure that there will be more coming about this in my business diaries over time. If any of you have ADHD or know people that do, what advice would you give to someone just diagnosed, especially around business etc
