I'm curious where everyone is based in the world? I'm in Israel and was wondering if there are others from previous cohorts who are also here? I'd also love to know how people are bringing this work into their practices? Individual sessions, group sessions, online, face to face? I found myself getting overwhelmed at the possibilities and we aren't even there yet 😂

@Cindy Emmerson Hey Cindy! Where in Texas are you right now?

  • 3 likes • Jan 30

@Cindy Emmerson I'm in Katy (west of Houston)!

Welcome to the breathwork revolution my friend! The tools, the technology and the tribe in this community have the power to change your world. And when you change Your world, everyone around you benefits. We’re here to transform, to grow, and to create a better life for ourselves and for others, so in that spirit there’s two simple things I want you to do: 1. Drop a post and introduce yourself. Where are you from? What are your passions? And most importantly - what kind of life do you want to create? 2. Like, comment and support at least 3 other people in this community. We’re doing this together, which means showing up together.  Stay tuned and watch this space! Good things are coming. Life is a mental game guys! Once you are leveled up on the mental side you can kiss goodbye the cycles of self sabotage and limiting beliefs. This is where you get to become the designer of your own life. Master of your destiny. Get ready.

@Letia Castro-Perry Love to hear your passion, that's amazing! I hear your heart & energy in your quest to better your family and lineage, love that for them and for you. What a gift you are to them.

I'm wondering who else out there might be a student of Dr.Joe? I have been doing his meditations daily for almost 2 years now and have been to 3 of his amazing events. Attending his events are what reminded me how powerful breathwork can be and inspired me to start following Brian & Breath Masters on Instagram. Brian's posts kind of blew me how they were so in alignment with the Dr.Joe work! The rest is history 😉 and I am currently in the January certification cohort. I'm very curious to know how you might be using or considering using Dr. Joe's work in your breath work coaching and vice-versa, as they are so very complementary.

I've been to 3 of his events over the course of a few years. Love his work, he was my gateway to the spiritual community! What a gift.

Hey hey breath masters!! Wondering how you would price sessions that are for a company. Waiting to hear back how many people it will be, but wanting to get a rough idea before our phone call later today!

Hi all, I would like to celebrate a personal win. I was suffering from a crazy flu which doesn't go away. I did three days of breathwork practice and today I'm feeling that it's finally recovering! I will continue to do this practice! Anyone else have similar experience? Happy to hear from you!

I had asked a question about pelvic floor pain management and if anyone had any experience with alleviation of these types of issues a month or so ago. I have done a couple sessions with a friend who is experiencing severe PF tense-ness and pain. After one breathwork session she said it's alleviated almost entirely, although the tension has either moved or just without the distraction increased the pain/tightness in her TMJ, I am still super excited for her and what the future holds! Wanted to share that here!

@Amanda Jane I used the 9D script/music as guide, personalized it a bit but mostly that's the one I used!

@Claire McNally That is amazing to hear!! Thank you so much for sharing. Glad you have found some relief and I can't wait to hear more as your journey continues!!

I cannot get enough of this community and just want to post every day and communicate with all of you, all the time. :-) So I'll just continue to post my daydreams and questions here. I have heard Brian mention several times in several different places . . .a recommendation to do a journey once a week or once a month. But there's no mention of doing them TOO much. Is there a too much in your experience? I keep wanting to do them multiple times a week and just curious to hear your experiences. Ultimately I'll know when it's a yes and when it's a no, for myself. But currently I feel so addicted and want to do nothing but breathwork journeys all week long. :-D And part of me wonders if I'm overloading myself so I am curious to start a conversation on it with you all. Also . . watcha know about twitching? I've started to experience involuntary and somewhat uncontrollable twitching (mostly in my hips and legs) when I do journeys but also when I do meditations now. Essentially anything I have an intention of using for healing. I also experience this same twitching after orgasm which now I'm curious about because during the journey it feels like trauma release. Maybe it is after orgasm as well? A bit taboo perhaps but a journey feels pretty similar to epic and sacred sex to me. If anyone else wants to chime in on that, I'd love to hear that I'm not alone on this experience. I just assumed everyone else would feel that breathwork is as powerful as sex as well, but so far all the sharing I've done of breathwork with my friends and community - - while it is powerful, no one agrees that it's anything like sex. But to me that level of oneness reached in both is quite similar in essence. Anyone? Part of me doesn't want to post this as I'm new here and learning what is a welcome topic of conversation. :-D

I soooo am here for this conversation!!! I believe sex has incredible healing power as well, it's life force energy after all. I've looked into tantra and other things briefly, although it's part of my goal this year to learn more and attend more workshops to increase my understanding/experience of tantra and powers available through sexual/sensual energy. I experience twitching intensely during meditation & breathwork. Have also had intense healing sobbing and twitching experience post-orgasm.

Did you know that 70%+ of weight loss is through the breath? I recently learned this and had no idea, it's released as CO2. What a concept 🤯 Now I'm ravenously curious-- Do you have any stories of breathwork + weight loss???

Yes! This is one of my favorite books of all time. Everything by Michael Singer is gold.

Hey breath masters fam! I'm hosting a breathwork class this weekend (Saturday 2/11 & Sunday 2/12) at 9-11a CST. All funds for this class will go towards supporting a fundraiser for the non-profit, Austin Angels. They are an amazing organization that provides much needed support to children & families in foster care. They are in need of a new case manager, which is what these funds will go directly toward. Happy to share more if there are questions, there's also some information about it all on the link below! If you're unable to join you can still donate if you feel called, and if you're unavailable this weekend you can still donate and let me know, I can send you the Zoom recording so you can experience it on your schedule! You are also welcome to join without donation :) Registration: https://forms.gle/2r53NxaA8bDuJFcm8 BONUS POINTS: Share this graphic wherever you feel called, social media, with a friend that you'd love to join the Zoom class with you! Thank you for your support! It means the world to me. My heart is so full with gratitude for this fundraiser and the impact of community, truly.

@Joyce Harris Thank you so much Joyce!! 💕🫶🏼 What a blessing you are to Lashai and I’m sure she is to your life as well! Thank you, I’ll add you to the list for the recording link once complete!

Has anyone experienced relief either personally or in a friend/client with severe pelvic floor tension? Also hormone regulation regarding endometriosis? Would love to hear more about that.

I wanted to share a big win for breathwork. A client I've been working with for 2 months now, doing consistent weekly journeys and daily morning activation exercises. He has struggled with epilepsy and asthma his entire life. He hadn't had a major seizure in a few months so I felt comfortable putting him through journeys, but he had still been relying on his inhaler as we began breathwork. He just had a full workup. The doctors say his asthma is dormant and his brain function is tip top. A inhaler is no longer prescribed and he is allowed to get a drivers license again. Obviously there are other mitigating factors that contributed in this improvement, improved diet, physical exercise. But breathwork has served a huge role. The power of this medicine blows my friggen mind!
