Welcome to the breathwork revolution my friend! The tools, the technology and the tribe in this community have the power to change your world. And when you change Your world, everyone around you benefits. We’re here to transform, to grow, and to create a better life for ourselves and for others, so in that spirit there’s two simple things I want you to do: 1. Drop a post and introduce yourself. Where are you from? What are your passions? And most importantly - what kind of life do you want to create? 2. Like, comment and support at least 3 other people in this community. We’re doing this together, which means showing up together.  Stay tuned and watch this space! Good things are coming. Life is a mental game guys! Once you are leveled up on the mental side you can kiss goodbye the cycles of self sabotage and limiting beliefs. This is where you get to become the designer of your own life. Master of your destiny. Get ready.

This is your entry point into a hyper-learning environment primed for maximum growth and transformation. You’ll find the tools, the techniques, and more than enough motivation to use breathwork to heal every part of your body and your life. The only thing I can’t do for you is breathe. What I can do is tell you to do this: - Do the 5 Day Breathwork Challenge - Sign up for a minimum of 1 deep dive Transformational Breathwork Journey/month - Do the Morning Breath Activation practice EVERY DAY - Hold each other accountable to show up as your best selves  - Support, motivate and inspire each other If we do the practices, if we commit to the shifts, if we build a strong community then we cannot fail to create a better world for ourselves and each other. Let’s get it! Brian

We humans are fueled by incentive and reward. Do something good, feel good about it, rinse and repeat. This is how we’ll sculpt your nervous system so your thoughts and feelings become a source of strength and internal inspiration rather than a source of self-sabotage and suffering. Basically this: the more you put into this group the more you’ll get out. I’ve designed this ecosystem to reward you for doing the things you know you want to do. The more you do the practices, the more you engage in a positive manner, the more you show up, the more you will get rewarded. In this way we create a positive feedback loop which spirals you upwards to the place you want to be. The other awesome thing? If you’re short of cash but you’re playing full out, you’ll be able to earn the points to access the full 9D Breathwork Community. If that’s not your jam and you just want access to my Premium stuff right away (cos there’s no time to waste and you’re on a fu**in' mission) - then go right ahead, click this link and follow the steps. Either way, we’re going to get you where you want to go. Enjoy the journey my friend. My team and I plus this community of game changers will be right there with you every step of the way. Brian

Hello! I'm on day 2 of the 5 day challenge and it has been amazing! I had so much stress and was in so much pain and I pushed through the exercises and I feel a HUGE release. I did breath work twice for each day because it felt so good. I love the lessons as well, that were before the breathing exercises.

This morning I wake with a deep sense of peace. Doing this work as a Mental Health & Trauma Coach is deeply fulfilling when the opportunity to connect with beautiful souls is provided. Last evening granted me one of those very opportunities. To all 23 of you who created the space and showed up in trust and a willingness to be in the discomfort of your being I SEE YOU. It is no small thing to show up for you. It is no small thing to be willing to face yourself. It is no small thing to trust another. And, it is no small thing to access ongoing support and guidance. You, none of you, are alone in this healing journey whatever it looks like for you. We are meant to do this life in connection with ourselves and each other. For anyone who is struggling please reach out. I am happy to continue to hold space as you ride the waves 🌊 This extends not only to those who attended but to you all. We are in this together 💕 PS the journey will be uploaded to the classroom at some time today for those who wish to do the recording.

I'm curious where everyone is based in the world? I'm in Israel and was wondering if there are others from previous cohorts who are also here? I'd also love to know how people are bringing this work into their practices? Individual sessions, group sessions, online, face to face? I found myself getting overwhelmed at the possibilities and we aren't even there yet 😂

Family of respirators... I already had some breathwork practices and my dream was to take this to the favelas that I have access to in Rio de Janeiro. I've already done some breathwork with an amazing guy in Brazil named Carlos Cassau. His playlist has indigenous songs, Arabic music and Chopin. I reached levels of full love. But @Brian Kelly driving leads you to your personal power. My personal life is in chaos, financially, but I already find myself thinking challenges are here for my development. Lift your head and stare. You've come this far is because we are capable of anything. My gratitude to all. Good to know we are on the same planet. Breathing.❤🧡💛💚💙💜

I realize that when doing the MB30 challenge that I am on automatic. I know I'm breathing, but I'm not centered. Do you believe that a bath beforehand can help? Or is the idea the same? Going on automatic until you reach a moment that will be impossible not to feel???

Hello my breathwork family, I am hoping to connect with those of you who also integrate meditation into your routines. I am inspired to create this post for a few reasons. I'd like to acknowledge how breathwork itself is meditative, and pay homage to the fact that this practice facilitates an inspiration to meditate and during such times those meditations go deeper. (I cannot help but meditate afterwards). I also want to use this to open the dialog and connect with others here. How has this medicine improved your meditation? What deeper insights have you gleaned? How has this medicine transformed your practice? What was it like before, and what is it like now? I am eager to share my experience, but I already know my answers. What are yours? I look forward to hearing from you. With gratitude.

While making good strides with the journeys towards my certification, and while practicing different breathing methods to improve my CO2 tolerance, I've been struggling with my breath over the past 2 weeks. My airways get constricted during my sleep and I wake up with a dry cough in the middle of the night. At first I tried different breathing methods to help me but after 15 minutes I get fed up (I also want to go back to sleep) and use a ventolin inhaler. I saw my doctor who listened to my lungs and said they sound great. So I'm wondering what this might be. As a child I used to get bronchitis and at some point in life a doctor said I have shortness of breath (or mild asthma) and since then I've been carrying an inhaler with me which I usually hardly use, but have used it way too much in the the past 2 weeks, and nothing seems to improve. My next stop will be a lung x-ray. But before I go all medicinal, I thought I'd ask here if anyone has experienced anything like this or if you want to suggest what you think it might be. I initially thought it's old childhood stuff surfacing to be released, but now I'm not so sure. @Brian Kelly - any ideas?

I'm wondering who else out there might be a student of Dr.Joe? I have been doing his meditations daily for almost 2 years now and have been to 3 of his amazing events. Attending his events are what reminded me how powerful breathwork can be and inspired me to start following Brian & Breath Masters on Instagram. Brian's posts kind of blew me how they were so in alignment with the Dr.Joe work! The rest is history 😉 and I am currently in the January certification cohort. I'm very curious to know how you might be using or considering using Dr. Joe's work in your breath work coaching and vice-versa, as they are so very complementary.

I just completed day two of the five day challenge. It was nice, but the effects were not as strong as the belly to chest double inhale breathing. I felt I was pushing to go deep, but the outcome was different. I definitely felt a lot more energy in my heart chakra after, so that was cool. I feel my breathing remained fairly "circular. " Maybe someone has some guidance or reassurance for me? Thanks.

As long as i know i am struggling with morning routine Or rituals. I am not so motivated for that and give up quick. I start fresh with all sorts of it and after a week, sometimes i start skipping days and in the end i quit. Now i am in the MB 30. First week was Great. Week two the struggle came with the holo breath. Now i allready skipped 2 days and Its so hard to get back in it. Does Antbody have tips or advice for me? When do You do it, what helps, what time is the best to do it? I could use an accountability partner. Want this so bad. I it fear or sabotage? Help is really appreciated 🙏🏻❤️

Hi people, I'm not sure whether there are other Muslims in this crowd? Since it is Ramadan I'm fasting. I had just finished the 5 day challenge before the start. I'm trying to get into a routine, but I feel that for example doing activation breathing in the morning makes me very lightheaded and tired.... instead of energised. Not sure hiw to deal with it. Anybody tips? Experiences? Thanks

Revolutionaries! Random title to a post for sure 😂 But anyone ever heard of what the Plain Buffalo do when they see a storm coming? They turn and run. Not away from the storm, but directly into it. But why? The answer lies in their deep understanding of the situation. The buffalo know that outrunning the storm is impossible. They know that the fastest way to get through the storm is to face it head-on. If they run into it, they'll get through the worst of it the fastest. Last night's under-water ice swim was my storm. I have done plenty of ice baths before, but this was different. I saw a video of a lady who jumped into a little hole and didn't come out because she got swept away by the current and didn't have a rope. I had a rope, so I was confident I would be okay. However, if I said I wasn't a little intimidated, I'd be lying. It was pretty scary, especially at night. But I did it. The interest that's paid on facing our fears is iron-clad self-confidence and self-belief. Lean in. Take the leap. Be the plain buffalo.

We just finished the breath work Journey with Sandra Payne. There was a large amount of parasympathetic stimulating breath so I got taken by surprise at the level of emotional release/healing. Thank you Sandra and everyone else that attended and participated. See you on the flip side 💜

Hi lovely people, this is Dominique from Switzerland. After living and working six year in Eastern Africa (where I learnt the saying in the title ;-)) as a photographer, I went back to Europe and started to embrace the cold, after so much heat. After 4 years doing Wim Hof, by now I am a level 2 Instructor and started my own transformation, where the breathwork plays a huge role! I am now in the week 1 in the Breathmaster 10 Week course and it is absolutely incredible, what new knowledge, feelings and new beautiful people I already could experience ... can't wait to dive more into this new adventure! I don't know if it is appropriate to write down here our new website www.backontrack.info where you can find Wim hof Travels, MBSR and adventure trips all around the world ... Lots of love, Dominique

Hello Breathwork Revolution! My name is Kyle and this crew is why I breathe! I have explored different breathwork modalities for the past 4 years [WHM, Neurodynamic, and Holotropic] and am so excited to dive into what Brian Kelly and his team are experiencing with Transformational Breathwork. I am most excited about helping others work through their own trauma and struggles with addiction as that is what my breathwork practice has begun to help me with. I am also excited about starting to share this modality as a coach and a guide. I am looking forward to sharing this journey with many of you and so grateful for the opportunity! Peace and Love to all!

Our senior Breath Masters coach @Sarah Wright will be taking you on a deep dive this Thursday March 9th @ 7:30pm Perth Time. A JOURNEY HOME. Take a journey with Sarah into a space where your heart will be nourished, your mind will gain clarity, and your body will become filled with ease. A journey allowing you a safe and sacred space to explore the deepest and most vulnerable parts of yourself, strengthening the connection between your mind and body. This process of connected breathing may bring up any unresolved or suppressed emotions and through the breath we let them go. This style of breath can promote a well needed reset, overall balance allowing vital energy to flow freely through the body, supporting the breakthrough of old patterns and stepping into a new version of yourself. Drop some love in the comment below if you will be participating in this journey! @Brian Kelly @Han Alcantara @Sarah Wright Big Love, Mona

So my mother had a hemorrhagic stroke on December 1st, and my dad has been living with her up at the Skilled Nursing Facility since then. They are 72 and 73 I go up and visit my mom three times a week and shared with her the 4-7-8 breathing pattern to use when she needs to simmer down. On Sunday/yesterday they were driving to meet my brother and his wife for lunch and dad noticed that he was aware if his heartbeat giving a slight flutter. Not wanting to cause my mom to worry he made an agreement in his mind that if he was still experiencing the heart flutter when they got to the next town he would check himself into the emergency room on the way. He remembered I had taught to Mom last week and started doing the 4-7-8. Within four rounds, his heart had entirely calmed down and has not given any tremors since then.

Kia ora fellow breathworkers, Can you you give a recommendation on the best type of bluetooth headset microphone or clip-on microphone that you have used in group sessions that are face to face (not online). I am wanting to buy one for my friend who is wanting to practice group sessions where she can still be heard with the music playing. I have looked online and the reviews regarding bluetooth headset mics isn't great. What are you using that works well? @Brian Kelly

My experience with breathwork yesterday came with a lot of crying. It was so intense it was funny. People invaded the room wanting to know what was going on. 😄😄😄😄 I was yet connected with all that is. What driving @Brian Kelly . You go for love, but you take the strength inside you to face the challenges and make you stronger. Let the challenges come. I'm not alone.❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤍 I have the Power to pass all of the challenges. A story with sharing made possible by a life changing modality we all know as breathwork 🙌🏻 I am an incredible human being ❤️ The biggest accomplishment of the last few years of my life has been coming to actually believe it. Before that, I struggled to receive kind words and compliments about how people saw me and the work that I did. Whenever given a compliment, I would immediately deflect it back to the giver and tell them how amazing "they" were. I didn't realize the extent of my challenge until one day, a few friends sitting in a circle shared their reflections of me as a human being at the same time. I had never been showered in so much positive feedback before. All I could do was recoil. Receiving it was a massive challenge.I don't even know where it comes from. My parents and extended family showered me with love and acknowledgement throughout my childhood. But there's an imprint in there somewhere that didn't fully believe how incredible I am as a human and how worthy I am of adoration and love. Recognizing this pattern after all these years presented an incredible opportunity to work on it consciously. I'm sharing this story because I've worked with so many people who are running on this same old distorted and outdated narrative. Now, when I receive a compliment or praise, I use it as an opportunity to really soak it up and deeply receive it at a cellular level.I can honestly say that breaking this pattern has opened up the world to me in ways I could never have imagined. Abundance, prosperity, life purpose, adventure, and opportunities began pouring in from every direction. Now, I'm proud to say that the love I have for myself is in direct alignment with the love I'm so blessed to receive from so many ❤️ From personal experience, I firmly believe that loving ourselves fully is the key to unlocking all the richness that God and life have to offer. So yes, I AM INCREDIBLE & I AM WORTHY - and I'll spend the rest of my days helping as many people as I can to remember that they are too. Believe it. ❤️
