Daily Habits of Self Awareness
We don't just make an impact through 1:1 sessions, major breakthroughs or leaps of faith. These are all exceptional spaces of cocreative communion, and they are powerful, indeed.... but they are not the only part of this process that yields results. There is massive action that takes place in the little, daily, moment-to-moment choices to act responsibly. This means that we catch anger before it controls the rest of the day, or the hours that follow the moment of emotional impact. It means we shift the judgement into acceptance the moment we witness and observe it arise within us. It means that we hold compassion for everyone, even our parents. It means we hold ourselves accountable for however we feel, no matter the situation or circumstance. It means we accept our lives as it's happening now without feeling like it's only better, more important, more impactful or more meaningful at some point in the future. When we dismiss the daily moment-to-moment opportunities, we dismiss the parts of us that are running around internally through instability, chasing drama and chaos, and seeking personal safety and healing from someone or something else. These are the parts that are desperately trying to be seen by us, but instead, we ignore them in hopes of something or someone better. We act through this state of ignorance because it allows us to remain in a steady state of irresponsibility. It will always be up to someone else to take care of our issues and our feelings. And to that end, not only do we not see ourselves with clarity, we do not see the event, moment, situation, or other person with clarity. Thank you sister! I’m finding so much value in these daily moments . Starting my day with accountability instead of false expectations. As I’m expecting a visit from my sister tomorrow and I felt a part of me that was headed into perfectionism and the pressure and burning started to rise up my solar plexus and constriction in my throat . I did allow it to come in , then my observer chose to take the lead . I reset and ask why I felt the need to make this stressful. Remembering everything is already neat clean warm and inviting. There is no expectation except for the ones I’ve placed on myself. A new perspective is available. I Chose to slow down a bit , regrouping and seeing how this can all get out of control based on the past . Settling into the present moment and realizing this visit is a huge part of mine and my sisters relationship moving forward in a healthier way and stopping to be grateful for this instead of spiraling . into anxiety unworthiness and expectations . Moment by moment πŸ’—

Weekly Breakthrough
Hello loves! I want to let you all know I'll be slowly shifting posts and discussions to this space. I'm still learning the set up but I feel it will give us a bit more structure. I don't think there is an option for voice notes, which is like, a total bummer for me haha! But, I can offer recorded videos for you all instead! My biggest breakthrough was releasing my mother from responsibility and taking the reins of my life into my own hands, which also loosened the grip of blame and shame I’ve been holding inside my body since childhood
