I have a big problem - I have a buyer and a really good buyer He wants Large parcels minimum 100 acres, county maintained road access, utilities are not a deal breaker but he wants ugly cheap as cheap as possible and will not go above $1500 per acre and needs to be off market. I am not set up to do off market hunting - so If anyone runs across something that fits this I will do a JV with you He will close asap within 30 days or less if the numbers work and will do nationwide but doesn't like west texas so much because it's already a cheap market and isn't easy to subdivide No wetland no flood zones 100 acres or more nationwide as cheap as possible let's make $$$ together

I haven't seen anything about the IKAG method in a while, I just wanted to make sure zach is still doing this and that sending in JV's is still acceptable.

If you have several luxury homes ( in resort style communities) Where would you suggest looking for buyers they're discounted but at best lip stick on a pig kind of deals not much rehab

I am new to the game of Real Estate. I am in the DFW area in TX and will be wholesaling in my backyard for now until it makes sense to do virtual.
