XLeads App vs Deal Machine App
I am looking for the X Leads App for the phone, I do have an android and not switching to Apple. Is the an actual app or is it just the site that is phone compatible? I have Dealmachine which has an app for the phone so I can do drive for dollars with gps. Is doable for a Xleads?

New to the Game
I am new to the game of Real Estate. I am in the DFW area in TX and will be wholesaling in my backyard for now until it makes sense to do virtual. I would love to connect with and JV with local people if there are many around. New folks aswell but really want to connect with folks that are in the business and willing to work with a new person and JV on deals. I will do my work, to bring value to the relationships.

First Deal
I am praying i can get my first deal next month. I haven't had a chance to call anyone yet. I am clearing my calendar and ready to dive in. Do anyone have any pointers on getting my first deal? I am in Indiana.
