Book’s on order, Sam! Can’t wait to read it!

Hey old Dawgs, I mentioned this in our last meeting. Let’s write a book. Together we have the wealth of knowledge to pass on and we can do it a book, we all can share ownership. Shares stores and leave an impact to the next generation. Here is my proposed outline for presenting the old dawg production plan in a book. Into to production systems and philosophy Leadership Visual management systems Tact planning 3 S methodology( sorry I’m a 3S guy, 5 seems redundant) Scrum Training for last planner Kaizen events Electronic tools and software Improving trade partner task flow Others ?? Please let me know if you are in and what chapters connect with you. We are looking for manual style training along with stories to support
